Top Hatch Style Storm Shelter

Standard Equipment includes a 30" x 36" steel door in a 12" concrete hatch cast into a top corner of the shelter, a 4" coupler cast into the top of the shelter to be used as a vent, a 1-1/2" coupler cast into the top of the shelter for use with a sump pump, and a recessed corner in the shelter floor for locating a sump pump (not included).  Optional is a set of wooden ladder steps to attach to the hatch opening (not included).

Storm Shelter Dimensions:  Shelter size is  5' 4" wide x 10' 7" long.  Hole size is 6' 4" wide x 11' 7" long.

Height of shelter is 74".

Note: Due to conditions similar to a basement, a sump pump or natural drainage may be required.

         Due to the uncertainty of specifications, 14 days notice is required on storm shelter orders.
