This one year service contract for your Singulair individual home wastewater treatment system is intended to enable the homeowner to economically obtain regular service inspections of the Singulair unit, as well as non-scheduled or special service

that may be required, by a factory trained technician.  When this contract is in force, the homeowner will not be charged for any routine service labor.  Under the terms of this service agreement, a technician will inspect the system regularly at six-month intervals.  It will also be inspected following each special homeowner service request within a 72-hour period.  If upon inspection, a component is found in need of repair or replacement, Rex Vault is authorized to make the needed repairs or replacements

at the then prevailing charges without further authorization of the homeowner if a Standard Service Contract is in effect.

No service will be provided under either contract if there is a past due account balance owed by the homeowner or contract’s responsible party, INCLUDING PAYMENT OF EITHER CONTRACT FEE.  In order for the aerator to be

covered under either contract, only authorized personnel are allowed to disassemble the aerator.

Either contract will be deemed void in cases of abuse or neglect of the system.
