Pro-Pump for Grease Traps

One of the most unpleasant and expensive experiences in running a restaurant or cafeteria is grease trap overflow caused by grease solids (faster and thicker than the trap can handle) entering the trap.  Since you cannot shut down the trap nor increase its capacity, the best answer to this problem is to break down the grease and solids as they enter the grease trap, thus enabling them to flow freely through the trap and ending unexpected overflow.

Instructions:  In small systems, ideal dosage would be one ounce per day.  In systems of several hundred gallons, use 1/2 quart every other week.  Always reseal the container tightly after use and store in a cool place.

Treatment:  Treat at the close of business, at the end of a use period, or at the end of a peak period, in situations of 24-hour operation.

Solution:  Pro-Pump will break down the grease and solids.  Pro-Pump is a bacterial product that will withstand high levels of chemical shock.  Cleaning agents will be digested and used as a food source.

Results:  This product, properly used, will eliminate all organic accumulation and eliminate odors.

Regulations:  Pro-Pump is non-toxic and non-pathogenic, classified safe by the E.P.A.  It is approved for use in food service operations and federally inspected meat and poultry plants by the U.S.D.A., and is classified non-hazardous by the U.S. Dept. of Labor.
